1. Service Agreement
By subscribing to Cable Value services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis or under a specific promotional term if explicitly stated during your sign-up process. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue service offerings with reasonable notice.
2. Acceptable Use
Our internet and cable services must be used for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal file sharing or copyright infringement.
- Attempt to breach the security of any network, host, or account.
- Resell or redistribute the service to other households or businesses.
3. Payments and Billing
Services are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to automatically charge your account for the total monthly service fee, including applicable taxes and surcharges. If a payment fails, services may be suspended until the balance is paid.
4. Equipment
Any equipment provided by Cable Value (such as modems, routers, or receivers) remains the property of Cable Value unless explicitly purchased by you. Upon termination of service, all leased or loaned equipment must be returned within 14 days in good working condition, or unreturned equipment fees will apply.
5. Termination of Service
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our support team via phone. You are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of cancellation. There are no early termination fees for our standard no-contract plans.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cable Value services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
